What the pics also offer, Radar says, is clear indication that Kendra has also had some work done on her nose, as she’s seen in them with a more prominent one, as compared to how she looks now. Before she was a happy housewife and doting mother, and before she was a Girl Next Door living with Hugh Hefner, reality star Kendra Wilkinson was just another exotic dancer who decided to go under the knife.

Kendra Wilkinson Expose Her Bib Breast: Kendra Wilkinson might be upset once she learns that Radar Online has obtained a series of never-before-seen pictures showing her flashing her brand new breasts after going under the knife.

The images were reportedly taken when Kendra was still working as a stripper in her hometown of San Diego. In most of the shots, Kendra posed nude for the camera with one image showing her throwing her arms up behind her head and smiling seductively to the camera.

Meanwhile, in one picture, the 25-year-old beauty wore a hospital bra which she had to wear because she just got breast implants. At that time, the former the Girl Next Door was still dating boyfriend Justin Frye, who appears in her infamous sex tape.

The images, however, boasted not only Kendra's new breast implants, but also her nose which looked very different from she has now. Whether or not Kendra had done something to change her nose, a source told the site, "It's pretty obvious."

Kendra is currently playing her role as a housewife. She wed NFL player Hank Baskett on June 27, 2009 at the Playboy mansion in Los Angeles' exclusive Holmby Hills. The couple welcomed their first baby, son Hank Baskett IV on December 11 the same year.

The reality star was there for a Svedka Vodka-sponsored event where she learned how to do different exercises, including the Bot Lunge. Network reality-TV series Kendra. Cameras will roll at 6 p.m. at the Barnes & Noble on Rittenhouse Square, where Wilkinson will sign copies of her memoirs, Sliding Into Home.

Season 3, premiering in early November, will chronicle her life with her husband and their baby, Hank IV, in Philly. The couple live in Two Liberty Place. Production is expected to wrap around Thanksgiving.

Reality chef, real job
Siobhan Allgood, the Rockledge native who appeared under the watchful scorn of Gordon Ramsay in Season 7 of Fox's Hell's Kitchen, has found gainful employment: She started during the weekend as executive chef at West Side Gravy, a four-month-old comfort-food restaurant in Collingswood. The ahi tuna sandwich from the TV show, which she has dubbed Tuna From Hell, is on the menu. At first, "I didn't even know she was a Hell's Kitchen person," says owner Alex Capasso, who prefers to read applicants' resumés before their cover letters.

Kendra Wilkinson Lose Weight Up To 50 Pounds: Reality star Kendra Wilkinson has finally reached her weight goal! She has shed 50 pounds of baby weight since giving birth to her son Hank Baskett IV. Kendra went to Miami to take a vacation with her friends, and she took a few pictures to show off how her hard work in the gym has paid off. She posted them on her website.

On season 2 of Kendra, Wilkinson struggled to eat healthy and meet up with her fitness instructor regularly. When it was time for her to start the taping of her workout DVD, Be A Knockout With Kendra, she had to wear Spanx because she had not lost enough weight at that point. She and baby Hank also did a photo shoot with OK magazine, and she was feeling very insecure about taking photos in a bikini. There were rumors that the photos - which were also on the cover of the magazine - were altered to make her look thinner.

Although Wilkinson had a great trip, she's said that she always thinks of her husband and son no matter where she is. "No matter how much fun I have, I'm always happy to go home to my family," she said. Wilkinson is doing much better. She's finally lost her baby weight that seemed so hard to get rid of, and her sex tape - from which she made profit - seems to be behind her.
